Discreet stewardship of professional transitions, since 1937.

The Society maintains a private fellowship of senior professionals who have completed the principal arc of their careers and seek quiet counsel in what follows. Membership is by nomination of two existing Fellows.

The Quiet Room

Reserved for the daily contemplative use of Fellows. The principal Reading Room is open to all members until the close of business at half past five.

II

The Annual Dinner

Held in the autumn at the Society's rooms in Lincoln's Inn Fields, under Chatham House Rule. Black tie. No portable devices.

Letters of Inquiry

Prospective Fellows may write to the Honorary Secretary, in confidence, enclosing a brief of their professional history. Replies are sent by post only.
